Text
(A)Whoever violates section3773.06or3773.50of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates section3773.32,3773.40,3773.44,3773.45,3773.46, or3773.47, division (A) of section3773.54, or division (B) of section3773.33of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)Whoever violates section3773.48or3773.49of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
