Text
Any person who wishes to conduct a public or private competition that involves boxing, wrestling, mixed martial arts, kick boxing, tough man contests, tough guy contests, or any other form of boxing or martial arts shall apply to the Ohio athletic commission for a promoter's license. Each application shall be filed with the commission on forms provided by the commission, and shall be accompanied by an application fee as prescribed in section3773.43of the Revised Code and, with the exception of wrestling events, by a surety bond of not less than twenty thousand dollars conditioned for compliance with sections3773.31to3773.57of the Revised Code and the rules of the commission.
