Text
The Ohio athletic commission shall cause a photograph with identification of any person signing the application for a license under section3773.35or3773.41of the Revised Code to be taken in duplicate and filed with the commission.. For purposes of this section, the commission may allow a photograph with identification to be a photocopy of a valid commercial driver's license issued under Chapter 4506. or a driver's license issued under Chapter 4507. of the Revised Code.
