Text

The licensor of a recreational vehicle park, recreation camp, or combined park-camp may charge a fee for an annual license to operate such a park, camp, or park-camp. In the case of a temporary park-camp, the licensor may charge a fee for a license to operate the temporary park-camp for the period specified in division (A) of section3729.05of the Revised Code. The fees for both types of licenses shall be determined in accordance with section3709.09of the Revised Code and shall include the cost of licensing and all inspections. Except for the fee for a temporary park-camp license, the fee also shall include any additional amount determined by rule of the director of health, which shall be collected and transmitted by the board of health to the director pursuant to section3709.09
