Text

(A)The director of health may survey annually each health district that is licensing recreational vehicle parks, recreation camps, combined park-camps, or temporary park-camps as provided in section3729.05of the Revised Code to determine whether the district is in substantial compliance with this chapter and rules adopted under it. Upon determination that there is substantial compliance, the director shall place the health district on an approved list. The director shall make a resurvey when in the director's opinion a resurvey is necessary and shall remove from the approved list any health district not substantially complying with this chapter and rules adopted under it.
