(A)The director of health, subject to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules of uniform application throughout the state governing the review of plans and issuance of licenses for and the location, layout, construction, drainage, sanitation, safety, and operation of recreational vehicle parks, recreation camps, and combined park-camps. The rules shall not apply to the construction, erection, or manufacture of any building to which section3781.06of the Revised Code is applicable.
