There is hereby created in the state treasury the radon program fund. All fees collected pursuant to this chapter; civil penalties assessed under section3723.16of the Revised Code; fines imposed under section3723.99of the Revised Code; and any grant, contribution, or other moneys received by the director of health for the purposes of this chapter shall be credited to the fund. Moneys credited to the fund shall be used only for administration and enforcement of the requirements of this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
