If the director of health requests to examine such records, no licensed radon tester, mitigation specialist, mitigation contractor, or operator of a radon laboratory or a training course approved under section3723.07of the Revised Code shall fail to make available to the director any records pertinent to the activities regulated by this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
