(A)The director of health shall license radon testers, mitigation specialists, and mitigation contractors. Each applicant for a license shall submit a completed application to the director on a form the director shall prescribe and furnish.
(B)Except as provided in division (F) of this section and in accordance with rules adopted under section3723.09of the Revised Code, the director shall issue the appropriate license to each applicant that pays the license fee prescribed by the director, meets the licensing criteria established by the director, and complies with any other licensing and training requirements established by the director.
