Whoever purposely violates section3718.08of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars. Each day of violation is a separate offense. All money collected from fines under this section shall be used to administer and enforce this chapter and rules adopted under it and shall be deposited as follows:

(A)If the violation occurred within a health district that is approved under section3718.07of the Revised Code, the money shall be deposited to the credit of the district's special fund created under section3718.06of the Revised Code.

(B)If the violation occurred within a health district that is not approved under section3718.07of the Revised Code and a contracting district is carrying out the duties of the unapproved health district in accordance with that s

(C) If the violation occurred within an unapproved health district and the director of health is carrying out the duties of the unapproved health district in accordance with section3718.07of the Revised Code, the money shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general operations fund created in section3701.83of the Revised Code.
