Text

The director of health in cooperation with a board of health shall assess the familiarity of the board's staff with best management practices in the use of sewage treatment systems, as necessary, and conduct appropriate training to educate the board's staff in those best management practices and in the use of any new sewage treatment system technology that is recommended for use by the sewage treatment system technical advisory committee created in section3718.03of the Revised Code.
