Text
The ownership of the university branch campus, created and established pursuant to sections3355.01to3355.14of the Revised Code, including all right, title, and interest in and to all property, both real and personal, pertaining thereto, shall be vested in the managing authority of the university branch district. The board may acquire by appropriation any land, rights, rights of way, franchises, easements, or other property necessary or proper for the construction or the efficient operation of any facility of the university branch district, pursuant to section5537.06of the Revised Code, with respect to the Ohio turnpike and infrastructure commission, and insofar as such procedure is applicable.
