Text
The managing authority of the university branch district shall adopt its own rules governing proceedings, designate the permanent place of business of the district, and keep a record of all its proceedings. Such record shall be open for public inspection during regular business hours at the permanent place of business of the district. The managing authority may:
(A)Enter into a contract for a period of not less than four nor more than ten years with a state or municipal university for the operation of a university branch by such university on the campus provided in accordance with sections3355.01to3355.14of the Revised Code. Except as provided in sections3333.17and3333.32of the Revised Code, the contract shall establish schedules of fees and tuition for: students who are residents
