Text
Ohio deaf and blind education services may receive and administer any federal funds relating to the education of students at the state school for the blind whose disabilities are visual impairments, including secondary and post-secondary students. Ohio deaf and blind education services also may accept and administer any gifts, donations, or bequests made to it for programs or services relating to the education of students at the state school for the blind whose disabilities are visual impairments, including secondary and post-secondary students.
