Text

The boards of education of any city, exempted village, local, or joint vocational school districts or the governing boards of educational service centers may enter into contracts for a term not exceeding one year, upon such terms as each board deems expedient, with each other, or with a private driver training school licensed under section4508.03of the Revised Code, for the purpose of providing instruction in driver education under section3301.17of the Revised Code.
