Text
As used in this section "expenses" includes the cost of meals served to educational service center governing board members and members of the boards of local school districts within the territory of the service center at meetings of the governing board and meetings authorized by this section, if a resolution to that effect has been adopted by a majority of the members of the governing board.
The governing board of each service center may provide programs, examinations, school records, diplomas, and other necessary supplies and equipment for the use of the service center superintendent in furthering the instructional program of the service center. The governing board of each service center may pay the expenses of all educational meetings called by such governing board and may call and pay
