Text
(A)This section applies to a school district that meets both of the following conditions:
(1)An academic distress commission was established for the district in 2013 by the superintendent of public instruction under former section3302.10of the Revised Code, as it existed prior to October 15, 2015;
(2)A new academic distress commission was established for the district by the state superintendent under division (A)(2) of section3302.10of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Revised Code, any academic distress commission established under section3302.10of the Revised Code and academic improvement plan established under section3302.103of the Revised Code for a school district to which this section applies shall be dissolved immediately on the effective da
