As used in this chapter:

(A)"Performance index score" means the average of the totals derived from calculations, for each subject area, of the weighted proportion of untested students and students scoring at each level of skill described in division (A)(2) of section3301.0710of the Revised Code on the state achievement assessments, as follows:
(1)For the assessments prescribed by division (A)(1) of section3301.0710of the Revised Code, the average for each of the subject areas of English language arts, mathematics, and science.
(2)For the assessments prescribed by division (B)(1) of section3301.0710and division (B)(2) of section3301.0712of the Revised Code, the average for each of the subject areas of English language arts, mathematics, science, American history, and American governme
