Text

(A)Whenever the United States department of education makes changes in its policies or rules regarding implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, the Ohio department of education and workforce shall submit a written description of those changes to each member of the standing committees on education of the senate and house of representatives.
(B)If the Ohio department of education and workforce plans to change any of its policies or procedures regarding the state's implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 based on changes in federal polices or rules described in division (A) of this section, the Ohio department of education and workforce shall submit to each member of the standing committees a written outline of the existing Ohio policy regarding that implement
