Sections3302.01to3302.07of the Revised Code and any action taken under these sections do not abrogate any provision of a collective bargaining agreement in effect under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code and do not relieve any school district of the duty to comply with any provision of Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code.
