Not later than three years after obtaining designation as a school district of innovation under section3302.062of the Revised Code, and every three years thereafter, the district board of education shall review the performance of the innovation school or innovation school zone and determine if it is achieving, or making sufficient progress toward achieving, the improvements in student academic performance that were described in its innovation plan. If the board finds that an innovation school is not achieving, or not making sufficient progress toward achieving, those improvements in student academic performance, the board may revoke the designation as an innovation school.
