Text
The department of education and workforce shall adopt rules freeing school districts from specified state mandates if one of the following applies:
(A)For the 2011-2012 school year, the school district was declared to be excellent under section3302.03of the Revised Code, as that section existed prior to March 22, 2013, and had above expected growth in the overall value-added measure.
(B)For the 2012-2013 school year, the school district received a grade of "A" for the number of performance indicators met under division (A)(1)(c) of section3302.03of the Revised Code and for the value-added dimension under division (A)(1)(e) of section3302.03of the Revised Code.
(C)For the 2013-2014, 2014-2015, or 2015-2016 school year, the school district received a grade of "A" for the number of perf
