When the expense of the ancillary administration of a nonresident decedent's estate, including any attorney's fee that is allowed by the probate court, all public charges and taxes, and all claims of creditors presented as provided in section2129.12of the Revised Code, have been paid, any residue of the personal property and the proceeds of any real property sold for the payment of debts shall be distributed by the ancillary administrator as follows:
