Text

Prior to filing the ancillary administrator's final account, an ancillary administrator shall file in the probate court an application for a certificate of transfer as to the real property of the nonresident decedent situated in this state, in the same manner as in the administration of the estates of resident decedents under section2113.61of the Revised Code.
