Text
The emblements raised by labor, whether severed or not from the land of the deceased at the time of the decedent's death, are assets in the possession or under the control of the executor or administrator and shall be included in the inventory required by section2115.02of the Revised Code.
The executor or administrator, or the person to whom the executor or administrator sells the emblements, at all reasonable times may enter upon the lands to cultivate, sever, and gather them.
