If an executor or administrator neglects or refuses to return an inventory as provided by section2115.02of the Revised Code, the probate court shall issue an order requiring the executor or administrator, at an early day specified in the order, to return an inventory. After personal service of the order by a person authorized to make the service, if the executor or administrator, by the day appointed, does not return the inventory or fails to obtain further time from the court to return it, or if the order cannot be served personally by reason of the executor or administrator absconding or concealing self, the court may remove the executor or administrator and new letters shall be granted.
