(A)When the clerk of a court of common pleas issues a physical certificate of title for a watercraft or outboard motor, the clerk shall issue it over the clerk's official seal. All physical certificates of title to watercraft or outboard motors shall contain the information required in the application for them as prescribed by section1548.07of the Revised Code, as well as spaces for the dates of notation and cancellation of each lien, mortgage, or encumbrance, over the signature of the clerk. If any certificate of title is issued for a watercraft or outboard motor in which two persons are establishing joint ownership with right of survivorship under section2131.12of the Revised Code, the certificate, in addition to the information required by this section, shall show that the two persons
