Text
Any person who owns a watercraft or outboard motor for which a certificate of title is required under this chapter may establish ownership of the watercraft or outboard motor that is transferable on death by designating the watercraft or outboard motor in beneficiary form in accordance with section2131.13of the Revised Code. Any person who establishes ownership of a watercraft or outboard motor that is transferable on death in accordance with section2131.13of the Revised Code may terminate that type of ownership or change the designation of the transfer-on-death beneficiary or beneficiaries by applying for a certificate of title in accordance with this chapter.
