Text

§ 20-2000 Orders, rules and regulations. An order, rule or regulation\nwhich contains a penalty therein may be adopted by local law. Any rule,\nby-law or regulation adopted by any separate board, the violation of\nwhich shall result in a fine or imprisonment shall be approved by the\nboard of trustees and notice of hearing and publication shall be\nconducted by the board of trustees in the same manner as the enactment\nof a local law prior to such approval.\n
