§ 17-1710 Bond or undertaking by town and village officer. In every\nsuch village where one individual holds more than one office either\nunder the village, town or other law, whether elective or appointive, in\nwhich it is required that he shall give a bond or undertaking he may\ngive one bond covering him in all capacities.\n
