§ 14-1426 Fees of commissioners. Each commissioner appointed by the\ncounty court is entitled to five dollars for each day necessarily spent\nin making such reapportionment, besides his actual necessary expenses.\nSuch fees and expenses are a charge against the village, and must be\naudited by the board of trustees. The amount thereof shall be added to\nthe portion of the expense of constructing such sewerage system which is\nto be assessed against property specially benefited.\n
