§ 14-1424 Procedure by new commissioners. The commissioners appointed\nby the county court shall give notice of the time and place at which\nthey will meet to make such reapportionment, and shall serve notice\nthereof at least ten days before such meeting upon each owner of land\nwithin the area of local assessment as finally fixed by the board of\nsewer commissioners. They shall meet at the time and place specified and\nmake such reapportionment in the manner herein prescribed for the board\nof sewer commissioners. They shall file such reapportionment in the\noffice of the village clerk, and it shall be final and conclusive.\n
