§ 14-1418 Appeal from apportionment. A person aggrieved by an\napportionment may, within fifteen days after the filing thereof, appeal\ntherefrom to the county court of a county in which any part of the\nvillage is situated. Such appeal shall be taken by a notice, stating the\ngrounds thereof, addressed to the board of sewer commissioners, and\nfiled with the village clerk.\n
