* § 399-s. Pilot program scope and duration. The commissioner shall\nconduct a pilot program designed to evaluate utilizing the internet for\ndelivering an approved pre-licensing course required by subparagraph (i)\nof paragraph (a) of subdivision four of section five hundred two of this\nchapter, by permitting qualified applicants to participate in the pilot\nprogram from June thirtieth, two thousand twenty to June thirtieth, two\nthousand thirty. Provided that applicants for class DJ and class MJ\nlicenses shall not be eligible to participate in such pilot program.\n * NB Repealed June 30, 2030\n
