* § 399-m. Pilot program scope and duration. The commissioner shall\nconduct a pilot program designed to evaluate utilizing internet, and\nother technologies as approved by the commissioner, for delivering\naccident prevention courses for point and insurance premium reduction\nbenefits to the public by permitting qualifying applicants to\nparticipate in the pilot program for a period of five years.\n * NB Repealed April 1, 2026\n
