* § 399-p. Pre-licensing course internet pilot program. The\ncommissioner shall establish and implement a comprehensive pilot program\nto review and study the use of the internet for the administration and\ncompletion of an approved pre-licensing course as required by\nsubparagraph (i) of paragraph (a) of subdivision four of section five\nhundred two of this chapter.\n * NB Repealed June 30, 2030\n
