§ 356. Forging or without authority signing proof of financial\nresponsibility. Any person who shall forge, or without authority, sign\nany evidence of ability to respond in damages as required by the\ncommissioner in the administration of this article, and any non-resident\nwho shall operate a motor vehicle in this state from whom the privilege\nof operating any motor vehicle has been withdrawn as provided herein,\nshall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more\nthan thirty days or both.\n
