§ 354 — Commissioner to furnish operating record

§ 354. Commissioner to furnish operating record. The commissioner\nshall upon request furnish any insurance carrier or any person an\nabstract of the operating record of any person subject to the provisions\nof this article, which abstract shall include enumeration of any\nconvictions of such person of a violation of any provision of any\nstatute relating to the operation of a motor vehicle or any accidents in\nwhich a motor vehicle driven by such person has been involved during the\ncurrent calendar year and the three calendar years preceding that in\nwhich the request for the operating record is received and if\nspecifically requested shall also fully designate the motor vehicles, if\nany, registered in the name of such person and the name of the insurer\ninsuring such motor vehicle, f
