  § 3014. Laws repealed. Chapter fifty-four of the laws of nineteen\nhundred twenty-nine, entitled "An act relating to motor vehicles,\nmotorcycles, and highway traffic, constituting chapter seventy-one of\nthe consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental\nthereto, constituting the vehicle and traffic law as heretofore in\nforce, are hereby repealed, except as otherwise provided herein.\n
