§ 3004. Constitutionality. If any part or parts of this chapter shall\nbe held to be unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall not\naffect the validity of the remaining parts of this chapter. The\nlegislature hereby declares that it would have passed the remaining\nparts of this chapter if it had known that such part or parts thereof\nwould be declared unconstitutional.\n
