  § 3012. Existing licenses and registrations not affected. Subject to\nthe provisions of the vehicle and traffic law, hereby enacted, relative\nto revocation or suspension of operators' or chauffeurs' licenses or\nregistration of motor vehicles and motorcycles, this chapter shall not\naffect nor impair any such license or registration heretofore granted or\nissued.\n
