* § 119-a. Ignition interlock device. Any blood alcohol concentration\nequivalence measuring device which connects to a motor vehicle ignition\nsystem and prevents a motor vehicle from being started without first\ndetermining through a deep lung breath sample that the operator's\nequivalent breath alcohol level does not exceed the calibrated setting\non the device as required by section eleven hundred ninety-eight of this\nchapter.\n * NB Repealed September 1, 2027\n
