§ 104. Bond and oath of justice.\n Upon assuming office, each justice shall file with the county clerk\nhis oath of office and a bond in an amount fixed by the municipal board\nand conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties. Additional\ncopies of the oath shall be filed with the administrative board and with\nthe clerk of the municipality.\n
