§ 244. Continuation of rules and regulations. All rules and\nregulations, acts, determinations, orders and decisions of the public\nservice commission and the department of public service, pertaining to\nthe functions transferred pursuant to this article, in force at the time\nof such transfer shall continue in force and effect as rules,\nregulations, acts, determinations, orders and decisions of the\ndepartment and the commissioner until duly modified or abrogated by the\ncommissioner.\n
