§ 243 — Continuity of authority

§ 243. Continuity of authority. For the purpose of succession to all\nfunctions, powers, duties and obligations transferred pursuant to this\narticle, the department shall constitute the continuation of the public\nservice commission and the department of public service, and not a\ndifferent agency or authority.\n
