§ 14-g. Intercity bus passenger service preservation.

1.Authorization\nis hereby given to the commissioner of transportation to contract with\nany person, firm, corporation or agency, including, but not limited to,\nany intercity bus company, state agency, the federal government, any\nother state or agency or instrumentality thereof, any public authority\nof this state or any other state, or any political subdivision or\nmunicipality of the state, for the purpose of providing, maintaining and\nimproving intercity bus passenger service within New York state.\n 2. The commissioner may, subject to the concurrence of the director of\nthe budget:\n a. Enter into joint service agreements on behalf of the state with any\nintercity bus company, the federal government, any other state or agenc
