§ 133. Penalties for other than common carriers.
1.Any corporation,\nother than a common carrier which shall violate this chapter, or shall\nfail to obey, observe and comply with every order made by the\ncommissioner under authority of this chapter so long as the same shall\nbe and remain in force, shall forfeit to the people of the state of New\nYork a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars for each offense; every\nsuch violation shall be a separate and distinct offense, and the penalty\nor forfeiture thereof shall be recovered in an action as provided in\nsection ninety.\n 2. Every person who, either individually or acting as an officer or\nagent of a corporation other than a common carrier, shall violate this\nchapter, or fail to obey, observe or comply with any order made by the\nc
