§ 125. Power of commissioner to order continuance of train service\nduring investigation. Unless otherwise ordered or authorized by the\ncommissioner, no railroad company shall discontinue any train engaged in\nthe transportation of passengers in intrastate commerce within the\nstate, except upon thirty days' notice to the commissioner and the\nposting of notice of such proposed discontinuance in every station\ndirectly affected thereby thirty days in advance thereof; nor, unless\notherwise ordered or authorized by the commissioner, shall any railroad\ncompany discontinue any scheduled station stop by any such train, except\nupon fifteen days' notice and posting as herein prescribed. Upon receipt\nof such notice, the commissioner shall have power, upon complaint, or\nupon his own motion
