§ 12 — Offices of the department

§ 12. Offices of the department. The principal office of the\ndepartment of transportation shall be in the county of Albany. Branch\noffices may be established and maintained by the department in such\nplaces as the commissioner may determine, and for which appropriations\nare made by the legislature.\n
