§ 105. Functions, powers and duties of the council. The council shall\nhave the following functions, powers and duties:\n 1. To review and comment on all rules and regulations of the office;\n 2. To provide guidance and support to the office in the development of\nany statewide plan for the further development and improvement of the\nstate's technology acquisitions;\n 3. To recommend surveys and reports to be completed by the director to\ncarry out all of the objectives and purposes of this article; and\n 4. To perform such other acts as may be assigned by the chairperson of\nthe council which are necessary or appropriate to carry out the\nfunctions of the council.\n
